Opis produktu
MemoPart™Wada przegrody komorowej (VSD) Occluder to samorozprężające się urządzenie do okluzji siatki nitinolowej z podwójnym dyskiem. Dwie tarcze są połączone krótką talią, która odpowiada rozmiarowi defektu. Tkanina poliestrowa jest bezpiecznie osadzić każdy dysk, aby zabezpieczyć okluzję. Urządzenie jest widoczne pod rentgenem.

MemoPart™Membranous VSD Occluder jest stosowany do małoinwazyjnego zamykania przezcewnikowego ubytków przegrody okołoniobłonikowej.
For muscular' ventricular septal defect:
MemokartTM Mięśniowy okluder VSD jest wskazany dla następujących wskazań medycznych:
1. Pacjent ze złożoną ubytkiem przegrody międzykomorowej (VSD) o znacznym rozmiarze, który uzasadnia zamknięcie (bocznik o dużej objętości od lewej do prawej, nadciśnienie płucne i/lub objawy kliniczne zastoinowej niewydolności serca).
2. Pacjenci uważani za narażonych na wysokie ryzyko standardowego zamknięcia chirurgicznego przezprzedsionkowego lub przeztętniczego na podstawie warunków anatomicznych i/lub na podstawie ogólnego stanu zdrowia. Czynniki anatomiczne wysokiego ryzyka w przypadku przezprzedsionkowego lub przeztętniczego zamknięcia chirurgicznego obejmują pacjentów:
• Wymaganie lewej ventrikulotomii lub rozległej prawej wentrikulotomii.
• Z nieudanym poprzednim zamknięciem VSD.
• Z wieloma wierzchołkami i/lub przednimi mięśniowymi VSD („ szwajcarska przegroda serowa ”).
• Z tylnymi wierzchołkami VSD pokrytymi beleczkami.
